Christ is the Answer!

 Are you weak and heavy laden,

Burdened down with doubts and fear,

There is one who holds the secret

To the victory, peace, you surely need.

 

Turn your heart, your eyes to Jesus,

He has overcome the world

He alone has the answer

Your soul is longing for.

 

He who turned the water into wine

Healed the sick and raised the dead,

He who gave His life for all mankind,

He, Christ Jesus, will turn your night to day.

 

Ask Him, open your heart to Him

Weep tears of true repentance

Turn to Him who alone can save you.

To all your questions, all your doubts and fears

 CHRIST IS THE ANSWER!!

ONLY BELIEVE!

 

The Sixth chapter of the Gospel of John, verses 

40—69 reveals the answer Christ gave His followers when they experienced doubts and some even

went away from Him because of unbelief. They had been following Him for the wrong reason.

They saw the signs, the healings, the  miracles, and even ate of the bread and fish which He had

multiplied to feed the crowds. They asked Him for ‘signs’  but He told them  “I am the bread of Life”

It is necessary that we seek Him, and not the things of this world.  Yes, the promise is true, He will never leave or forsake us, He will supply our every need, and we can trust His great love for us to never fail.

But we must look to Him for the right reason.  When we see His undying love, His great sacrifice, His complete forgiveness for all the sins we ever did, we will seek Him because of WHO He is, and WHAT He did for us. We will LOVE Him because He first LOVED us!  The added benefit, reward, is that He has promised to all who believe in Him, eternal life with  Him in the place He has gone to prepare for us.

Do not allow yourself to become like those in John 6, who turned away from Him, because they could not accept His Word.  He is the ANSWER to all our doubts and fears, and the gift of eternal life.
